Elevate Coaching Program
One of my greatest gifts is my ability to teach others how to heal themselves. I’m particularly great at helping others release those heavy/dark thoughts and beliefs that are keeping them stuck from feeling free and living a life that is aligned and authentic. In this coaching program, I work with those souls that are committed to healing and spiritual growth. They long to feel better on a deeper level. Together, we work to identify root causes and shed layers of baggage holding them back from reaching their highest potential. Elevate is all about elevating your health on a mind, body, and soul level. It’s my honor to work with you and help guide you along your journey.
Program Details
This is a 6 month one on one coaching program designed to nurture you. The intention of this program is for you to receive support and nourishment, as well as learn tools and techniques for self-healing and growth. In this journey together, we receive:
Divine guidance, love & support
Clarity on who you are and what you are meant to do
Clearing of negative & trapped emotions
Strengthened intuition
Activated spiritual gifts
Attuned energy & central nervous system
Increase confidence
Self Awareness of stories, behaviors, & limiting beliefs

Energy Healing - 2 sessions to be used when desired within the 6month program
Two one on one sessions each month (1 hour each)
