I believe that superheroes really do exist, and they are called empaths. We have this incredible superpower within us but unfortunately most of us don’t know how to use it. Instead of feeling like superwoman out to save the world, we feel like we have the weight of the world on our shoulders – almost paralyzed with the burden. That’s why I decided it was time to open the doors for my empath workshop.

Is it possible the greatest challenge an empath has is to be comfortable in the uncomfortable?

 To feel the energies around us and how uncomfortable that may feel at times but to not feel any need/desire to “fix” it so that you don’t have to be uncomfortable feeling it anymore?

One of the most helpful things I have learned with this obstacle is to set healthy boundaries.

What is a boundary?

It’s a barrier that’s purpose is served as protection for you. We often think of them as keeping things out but through co-creating these boundaries for yourself, they actually let more love into your life. It's not enough to simply be aware that you need to set boundaries but to actually understand why and have support to not only set but maintain them.
